Dez Dam in emergency situation

زمان انتشار : ۱۴۰۰/۰۸/۱۵ - ۰۳:۳۰

Tehran (ISNA) – Dez Dam, located in Khuzestan Province of Iran, currently holds 70 million cubic meters of water.

If the situation of drought and low precipitation continues, the dam can only provide water for people until next month.

Currently, Dez Dam’s water level is 308 meters, which normally should not fall below 310 meters, but due to water shortage and the special situation of Khuzestan, the water level is now below 310 meters.
